Edmonton — The Otipemisiwak Métis Government is proud to announce the swearing-in of three new District Captains: Mike Hanly, District Captain for the Lac Ste. Anne Métis District; Kelly Myers, District Captain for the Fort McMurray Métis District; and Brenda Genaille, District Captain for the Slave Lake Métis District. These appointments mark a historic milestone as they are the first-ever District Captains for each of these Métis districts. With their addition, 15 of 22 dis
